Dr. Bettina Dutter

Dr. Bettina Dutter studied economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt and received her Doctorate from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has many years of experience in leading positions with various corporate groups.

She served as Head of Corporate Accounting & Taxes at conwert SE, one of Austria's largest listed real estate groups, from 2007 to 2017.

In 2017, Ms. Dutter was appointed Managing Director of the conwert Group and played a key role in the merger of conwert with the DAX30 company Vonovia.

Her responsibilities in recent years have included the management of major group-wide projects like cross-border M&A transactions, cross-border mergers and the purchase and sale of large real estate portfolios in the triple-digit million Euro range.

Bettina Dutter was appointed CFO on 1 March 2019 where she is responsible for Accounting & Taxes, Controlling & Risk Management, Financing, Internal Audit and IT.
