Check- in at the new Ramada by Wyndham at Munich Airport

Munich. The successful strategic cooperation between the HR Group and Wyndham is also bearing fruit at Munich Airport. Since November 2018, the former Arcadia Hotel has been operating under its new brand, Ramada by Wyndham. The HR Group is thus strengthening its presence at Munich Airport.

The HR Group acquires and operates hotel properties in Europe, together with renowned partners such as Accor Hotels, Dorint Hotels and Resorts and the Wyndham Hotel Group. With comprehensive expertise in the hospitality sector as well as the real estate market, the organisation is one of the leading hotel operating companies in Germany.

Rebranding for fresh charm

The new airport hotel in Munich is further proof of the excellent start of the cooperation between Wyndham and the HR Group. This year alone the Group has already profitably renamed two hotels under the Ramada brand - the Ramada Flensburg on the Baltic Sea coast as well as the Dutch Ramada Schiphol Amsterdam airport. Both houses have successfully completed the rebranding and shine under their new brand name, Ramada.

In Munich, the change of brand goes hand in hand with a comprehensive renovation: Both the rooms and the public areas have been given a new design - in particular the lobby with the first Kukimi Lounge Store, together with the restaurant, are the focus of the new hotel concept and will welcome future guests at Ramada by Wyndham München Airport in a fresh look in correspondence with a house in this category. In addition to 105 spacious rooms and various event halls, the airport shuttle offers a special bonus for business travelers.

A brand with a big future
The HR Group plans to continue to take joint steps with Wyndham. The Arcadia Hotel Bottrop and the Arcadia Hotel Hannover will soon also bear the well-known name of the partner.

“We are delighted that the new Ramada at Munich Airport not only strengthens our position at the   location, but also strengthens our strategic partnership with Wyndham”, said Ruslan Husry, Managing Director of the HR Group. “The house complements our portfolio with a perfect infrastructure at one of the country’s largest airports. Therefor we see an optimistic future with Wyndham".
