In his role as Regional General Manager, Ralf Gronbach is now responsible not only for the Dorint Hotel Bad Neuenahr with its 238 rooms and over 4,000 square meters of conference space, but also for the surrounding hotels of the HR Group and the Flensburg area. Most recently, he worked for Centro Hotel Management as Area Manager Region Center & North and will bring his expertise from the past into the management of the HR Group hotels.
The new Hotel Manager of the Ramada Flensburg, Andre Rignanese, was previously owner and travel consultant of the travel agency AR Travelservice. His resulting wide knowledge in the area of leisure sales is intended to further advance the repositioning of the hotel, which was converted to the Ramada brand last year. The career path of the trained hotel expert also includes previous positions in the Rooms Division Department in various hotels in northern Germany and Denmark, from whose experience he benefits in his future work in the Flensburger hotel. He takes over the position of Melanie Welp.
Steffen Schumann, new General Manager at Dorint Hotel Am Main Taunus Zentrum Frankfurt-Sulzbach, most recently worked as General Manager at H4 Hotel Kassel City Center & Kongress Palais. Its new sphere of action, the Dorint Hotel am Main Taunus Zentrum, was voted into the Top 3 of the Preferred Corporate Hotels of the Expedia brand Egencia last year and also convinces with its generous conference area with 20 meeting rooms. In particular, Steffen Schumann's varied experience in the F&B sector will continue to promote the further development of the successful Dorint conference and congress hotel in Sulzbach in the future.
Last but not least, Peter Marek completes the four newly occupied positions as the new Hotel Manager at the Hotel Schloss Neustadt-Glewe. He was most recently employed as the Rooms Division Manager at the Hotel Schloss Basthorst and therefore knows very well the characteristics of the management of an individual castle hotel. Peter Marek succeeds Ulrike Kahl as Hotel Manager of the house near Schwerin, who will support the hotels of the HR Group from the headquarters in Berlin from now on.
