The tenant and operator of the hotel complex is the HR Group, which with 34 hotels in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain ranks among the top 20 hotel operating companies in Germany. As tenants, they guarantee the owners, who lease their property to the HR Group for 20 years, a fixed monthly lease amount linked to the consumer price index. The real estate project is currently in the final construction phase, which will start in October 2019.
