Longstay-Hotel for Business Travelers: HR Group expands portfolio with its first Hyatt House in Frankfurt Eschborn

Berlin. The HR Group, based in Berlin, is opening its new Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn as a longstay-hotel in mid-February. With 190 rooms and apartment style studios, a spacious lounge with bar, a state-of-the-art fitness room and the "H-Market", which is open day and night, the hotel offers ideal conditions for long-term stays.

Guests should not only feel completely comfortable, but also be able to seamlessly maintain their professional and private routines in their temporary home. This new project marks the beginning of the collaboration between the HR Group and Hyatt for the "Hyatt House" brand. A second joint hotel in the Frankfurt area is already being planned: The Hyatt House Frankfurt City Goetheplatz is scheduled to open in 2023.

HR Group brings new franchise partner to a strong location

Together with Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, the HR Group is strengthening this location through its new construction project in Eschborn. The Berlin-based group already operates three Mercure Hotels close by. "The Frankfurt area continues to grow as an international financial and economic center and is particularly attractive for business travelers. With an additional hotel in this region and the introduction of the longstay concept in Eschborn, we are entering another important market. We are pleased to take this important step in cooperation with the internationally renowned Hyatt hotel chain and look forward to realising further projects together in the future." said Ruslan Husry, CEO of the HR Group.

Living, not just staying the night – The new Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn

With a well thought-out concept, the new hotel is geared towards long-term guests – travellers are made to feel at home during their stay. The focus of the hotel is to create the ideal environment for long-term stays, especially for professional purposes. Thus, all 190 rooms and studios feature spacious areas that combine home office with a comfortable living room and dining area. Around two thirds of the studios are additionally equipped with their own kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. With its proximity to the airport, to one of the largest shopping centres in Germany, the Main-Taunus-Zentrum, as well as to downtown Frankfurt, the hotel is also ideally located and easy to reach thanks to good transport connections.

Focus on flexibility for guests

A business traveller's day at the new Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn begins with a hearty breakfast buffet, including cold and warm foods and the fresh omelette of the day. In addition to free Internet access throughout the hotel, the 24-hour Business Center in the lobby offers two computer stations and a printer. The modern fitness area is accessible around the clock, allowing each guest to follow his or her own personal sports routine. For a snack or a drink the "H-Bar" is the perfect place to go, offering various "Sip + Snack" menus with soups, sandwiches, beer and wine seven days a week. Alternatively, it is possible to buy daily necessities and snacks in the "H-Market". Just like the fitness room, this in-house supermarket is open 24 hours a day. All in all, the Hyatt House brand stands for flexibility - the friendly hotel staff, together with the range of additional services, make the Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn a home away from home.
