New hotels opening soon

Right next to the Rotterdam Ahoy concert and congress centre, construction work will start in April 2022 on a 250-room hotel in the economy segment. The HR Group plans to operate an ibis Styles hotel and has concluded a corresponding franchise agreement with Accor. It will attract the latest ibis Styles concept with an attractive restaurant concept that fits perfectly with the mix of business and leisure accommodation.

Located right in the city center of Frankfurt, the Hyatt House Frankfurt City Goetheplatz in the high-rise quarter "Four Frankfurt" will become a high-quality hotel product with a prime location. Following the concept of the franchise brand, the features like the typical 24/7 H-Market, a spacious lounge area in the lobby and 180 serviced apartments and guest rooms will perfectly meet the needs of long-term guests. The location of the hotel, from the 11th to the 19th floor of the 178-meter high tower, will offer all guests a fantastic view over the city.

Curtain up: The Arcadia Bielefeld is currently being transformed into the ibis Style am Stadttheater Bielefeld. The leitmotif for the entire renovation of the hotel is theatre, as the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bielefeld City Theater.

R.evo will open in the Polish city of Katowice, a centre of industry, business and trade, in 2022. Renovation works for the 203-unit property on the former office complex have begun.

Timeless and chic: In addition to the rooms and bathrooms, the entire public area on the ground floor, including the restaurant and bar, is currently being refurbished in the elegant Pullmann Stuttgart.

The Hotel am Gleisdreieck is being built in Berlin Kreuzberg. Completion is planned for 2022. The result is a hotel with163 rooms and suites as well as restaurants and a meeting area.
